1. General Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, certain items and services may not be eligible for return or refund.

• If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please contact us at amidaclan.official@gmail.com within the specified timeframes outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Reiki healing sessions (online and offline)

• Shodo (Japanese calligraphy) workshops and custom artwork

• Completed certification programs, including JSC

• Digital products (e.g., guided meditations, online courses)

• Event or retreat participation fees (exceptions apply, see Section 3)

3. Event and Retreat Cancellations

Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event or retreat start date are eligible for a partial refund (50%).

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by AMIDA CLAN:

• If AMIDA CLAN cancels an event or retreat, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

4. Physical Products

• Physical products, such as Shodo artwork, curated Japanese wellness items, and certificates, are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt if they are:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• Free of damage caused by the customer

Return Process:

• Contact us at amidaclan.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable content (e.g., online courses, meditations) are final and not eligible for refunds.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions

• Memberships to the AMIDA CLAN community are non-refundable once access has been granted.

• If you encounter issues with your membership, please reach out to us for assistance.

7. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of confirmation.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy under special circumstances at our sole discretion.
